Robert Silverman, DMD
Dr. Robert Silverman graduated from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dentistry in 1979. He is in his 35th year of providing dental services to the Lebanon Valley. He is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
He is married to Susan Silverman, a dental hygienist. His oldest son, Ben, is an executive with American Express in Arizona. His youngest son, Jeremy, also resides in Arizona and is a dentist. His daughter Beth, who recently passed away, was a lawyer. His son Jason died at the age of 6 from leukemia and is the namesake for Jay Day.
Dr. Silverman is president of Central America Medical and Dental Foundation, a volunteer health organization that has served thousands of people in isolated areas of Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and the Brazilian Amazon Jungle.
Another of his projects, Jay Day, is in its 30th year of serving the needy right here in the Lebanon Valley. On Jay Day, Silverman Dental Associates opens its doors to all who request treatment, free of charge.
Dr. Silverman is an artist/woodturner, a member of American Association of Woodturners and Susquehanna Woodturners. Many of his works are on display in our waiting area.
He has worked hard for the last 35 years to make our office the most technologically advanced, patient-friendly, and largest family-oriented dental practice in Lebanon County.
Navdeep Sandhu, DMD
Dr. Navdeep Sandhu was born and raised in Reading, PA. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in Biobehavioral Health and subsequently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She also completed a General Practice residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA, before joining our practice.
Dr. Sandhu is a compassionate clinician with a gentle manner and pleasant personality. She has a specific interest in aesthetic dentistry and always strives for perfection in her work. She has an excellent way with her patients and believes that understanding individual needs and building good relationships with patients is essential for providing high-quality care.
In her free time, Dr. Sandhu likes to travel, spend time with family and friends, and stay fit. She particularly enjoys taking group fitness classes such as weight training, kickboxing, and step. Additionally, she takes pride in her Indian culture and is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. Dr. Sandhu adds a unique element to our office, and we are very pleased to have her here.
William Noll, DMD
Dr. William Noll is a graduate of Temple University both for undergraduate and dental school. He completed a residency program through Lehigh Valley Health Network before joining the team at Silverman Dental Associates in 2014. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Noll is passionate about bringing the best comprehensive care to his patients. He has participated in community outreach programs such as Give Kids a Smile Day and Jay Day.
He is originally from Scranton, PA, and enjoys sports, hunting, movies, and music.

Mark Swierczewski, DMD
Dr. Mark Swierczewski was born and raised in Wyomissing, PA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his dental degree and advanced general dentistry certificate at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Swierczewski maintained a private practice in Wyomissing from 1991–2015. He is happy to be working at Silverman Dental Associates and enjoys building relationships with his patients.
Dr. Swierczewski is fluent in Portuguese and has taken multiple mission trips to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, providing free dental care to needy patients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family — his wife Sharon, a dental hygienist, his sons, Eddie and Christian, and his dog, Jeffery. He is passionate about the Philadelphia Eagles and the Brazil National Soccer Team.
Alexandre Balaci, DMD – Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Balaci was raised in Binghamton, NY, and completed his undergraduate studies at Hobart College in Geneva, NY, where he obtained a BS in chemistry.
Dr. Balaci entered dental school at Fairleigh Dickenson School of Dental Medicine in 1983. Upon graduation, Dr. Balaci obtained multiple awards in science and surgery and received a DMD. He then completed his training by attending a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Hyde Park, NY.
For the first two years after residency, Dr. Balaci was an associate surgeon in Binghamton, NY. In 1993, Dr. Balaci opened his private practice office in Wyomissing, PA, and has continued to participate in the medical and dental communities of Lebanon, Hershey, and Wyomissing in a private practice offering the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Balaci is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Society of Dental Anesthesia.
Dr. Balaci is a founding partner of Balaci Oral and Facial Surgery, P.C. He is also on staff at Good Samaritan Hospital and St. Joseph’s Medical Center. His clinical interests lie within the fields of facial aesthetics and dental implant reconstruction.
Aside from Dr. Balaci’s professional life, he is an avid tennis player and enjoys time with his wife, Lisa. They are the proud parents of three children: Alexandra, Aydan, and Nicholas.
